Sometimes you just get fed up with hotels, having to pay for every cup of tea, etc. So why not try a b&b in Tirana? Zotkaj Bed and Breakfast may not look that impressive, but one of the great things about staying here is that they provide wifi internet! You can even pay using Paypal! I love that! With it’s 75000 inhabitants, Korçë is a mid-sized city in Albania. Hotel Kocibelli is smack in the center of this city. And for a hotel in the center of a mid sized city this is one of cheapest we ever encounted. This does not however impact the quality negatively. Everything in and around the hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are clean and spacious. You would never think that you were paying between 20 and 40 euros per night.
The city suffered most from both the communist and nazi regimes and there are enough marks to prove this. There are however also less grim sites to view like the Christian Orthodox Church which is a quite a nice sight:

This is a great hotel on the near the Adriatic sea front. With it’s tropical look and close proximity to the sea the hotel is fantastic for both business and pleasure. And the price is right; with an average price of E50, it is hard to go wrong!
